I guess no one ever thinks that "their" home will catch fire, but we found out first hand that it can happen to anyone.... Insurance company sent their adjuster right out, but he didn't even want to allow cleaning of the inside of the home which had tons of smoke and soot everywhere (much less the other things that needed to be done like the water damage cleanup, drying, repairs, etc.). We found Restoration Pros on the internet, called and ended up speaking to Chuck on the phone. Then he and Kent came out for a free assessment and estimate. They prepared a detailed report and estimate which allowed us to get the insurance adjuster back out to our house for a new inspection. The end result was that it over DOUBLED the amount of money the original adjuster allowed for the work! This allowed us to do the job right, the first time! These guys are the real deal, professional and thorough. Hope we never "need" them again, but if we do, we know who to call.read more

Doucet Services and Restoration Pros are amazing. The roof came off of our house in a hurricane and everything in the 2... story home was destroyed by water and mold. They came in, cleared it out, treated the cypress frame and re-built the home. They promised my daughter she would be back home for Christmas (3 months away) and even hired extra crew in order to make sure that happened! Definitely went above and beyond for our family.read more
