Restoration Pros technicians were called out during the evening to respond to a residential water loss in the River Ranch area. The source of the problem was a failed tankless hot water heater that had released water throughout multiple areas of the home.

Assessing the Extent of the Water Damage

One of the more delicate aspects of this project involved protecting the home’s hardwood flooring. Hardwood floors require specialized drying techniques because excessive moisture can cause warping, cupping, or permanent damage.

Our technicians installed professional floor drying mats designed specifically for hardwood flooring systems. These mats apply controlled airflow across the surface and draw moisture from beneath the flooring to help restore safe moisture levels.

Structural Drying and Stabilization
